We provide claim, solution, estimation, project controls, scheduling, value engineering, integration of different phases, documentation, project budget and quality control .
Our Projects
Currently MKM is providing program management services to exp for their joint venture program management team support for Department of Water Management. The Department of Water Management is currently installing new wireless water meters in Chicago single family homes. The contract is nearly 140 million in contractor payout. MKM is also providing consulting services to upgrade the existing wireless read system as well as billing system for the client. Other services include applying for funding for project from IEPA, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, updating and creating new contracts for contractors, creating feasibility reports for client, monitoring the field supervisors and inspectors, running the PMO office, working on the invoicing, paying the contractor on time, coordination with different utilities for meter installation, conducting & managing the customer satisfaction survey and supporting city in creating various reports for the project.
